Monday
Night Football Bible Study
Football
enthusiasts, the season is almost here. We will once again
have Monday Night Football Bible Study groups starting Monday, September
13th from 4:00 - 7:15 p.m. (the first game of the double
header kickoff). The regular time will be adjusted after the first week.
There is a sign-up sheet in the Lobby. If you have questions (or want
to host), please contact Dick Sargent.
Also,
for those who haven't been following the NFL's pre-season, cuts and
trades, Pat McQuistan was traded Friday, September 3rd from
the Cowboys to the Dolphins. Now, unless Paul goes somewhere else, that
puts the twins in the same state (and Aaron planning a trip to Florda).
Our Monday Night groups will probably be the Northside Dolphins and
the Southside Jaguars.

This
is a new ministry getting started at Southside and we're going to take
it slow to try to do it right. Later we intend to open it up to the
community at large. Child care is available. Newcomers are always welcome.
Additional information is available in the Lobby.
Dinner
and fellowship begins at 6:30 followed by the regular program at 7 p.m.
Questions
about the program? Please contact Jamie Lambert at 541.401.8655 or Julie

Save
pop cans, pull tabs, receipts and labels
Clean
pop cans are being saved for missions. The receptacle for them is behind
the curtain near the office entry doors. Save Mega Food
receipts for the kitchen fund and Bi-Mart receipts
for the Pregnancy Alternatives Center. Also save Flavor Pac
and Santiam labels for our kitchen fund. There are marked containers
for the receipts and labels just outside the office door.
Pop
can pull tabs will be taken to the kidney dialysis center here in Lebanon
where money from the program goes to help dialysis patients. There will
be a collection bucket in the foyer by the church office. Questions?
Contact Shirley Drum.
